这幅创作极具纪念意义,记录了我初二时期一段深切的伤心故事。那时,我因考试成绩不佳,心情低落,羞耻与失落交织。房东的女儿,与我同校,却考得全校第三,带着骄傲的光芒来到我家,在客厅向我父母炫耀。我独自躲在房间,默默流泪,眼泪模糊了视线。那一刻,我不知为何,决定像虾般披上厚厚的壳,将脆弱的心灵包裹,筑起一道无形的屏障,虾的意象贯穿画面,隐喻我内心的自我保护与孤立,壳的坚硬与柔软的内心形成强烈反差。色彩冷寂,线条细腻,勾勒出那段青春的痛楚与成长的觉醒。


This creation is extremely monumental, documenting a deeply sad story from my junior year of high school. At that time, I was in a low mood due to poor test results, and my shame was mixed with loss. The landlord's daughter, who went to the same school as me but came third in the whole school, came to my house with a proud glow and showed off to my parents in the living room. I hid alone in my room, silently weeping, tears blurring my vision. At that moment, I somehow decided to put on a thick shell like a shrimp, wrapping my fragile heart and building an invisible barrier. The imagery of the shrimp runs through the picture, which is a metaphor for my inner self-protection and isolation, and the hardness of the shell forms a strong contrast with the softness of my heart. The colors are cold and silent, and the lines are delicate, outlining the pain of youth and the awakening of growth.

PARTTAKE OF THE SEA

这两张油画受日本捕杀海豚纪录片《海豚湾》启发,直白而深刻地表达人类将海洋视为私有物的傲慢。画面中,海洋被描绘成果冻般透明的方块,被切开后摆上人类的餐桌,象征海洋资源仅被视为可随意支配、供人享用的物品。虚空中延伸出苍白的手,冰冷而贪婪地切割着这片“果冻”,隐喻人类的无尽欲望与掠夺。色彩冷寂,勾勒出海洋的脆弱与人类的冷漠。鱼群在果冻中挣扎,似在无声抗议,而餐桌上的刀叉冷酷地闪光,强化了掠夺的现实感。这件作品是我对海洋生态危机的控诉。

Inspired by the Japanese dolphin-hunting documentary “Dolphin Cove,” these two paintings are a blunt and profound expression of the arrogance of mankind in treating the ocean as a private object. In the picture, the ocean is depicted as jelly-like transparent squares, which are cut up and placed on the table of human beings, symbolizing that the resources of the ocean are only regarded as objects to be disposed of at one's own discretion and for human consumption. A pale hand extends from the void, coldly and greedily cutting into this “jelly”, a metaphor for man's endless desire and plunder. The colors are cold and silent, outlining the fragility of the ocean and the indifference of human beings. The fish are struggling in the jelly, as if in silent protest, while the knife and fork on the table glitter coldly, reinforcing the reality of plunder. This work is my indictment of the ecological crisis of the ocean.
